Feats of Evil

Evil is more than a word, it is a way doing things. Just sitting in a room thinking evil thoughts does not make you evil. Contemplating evil, no matter how devious your plan, does not make you a villain until you act on that plan. In other words, put up or shut up!
Here is a little help on that point. Here are some feats to give you an edge….an evil edge. One should note, these feats are for evil only. Slightly shady, undercover good guys, and Han Solo need not apply.
The Law of the Hunt
Heroic Tier
Prerequisite: Wis 13, evil alignment
Benefit: If, at the start of your turn, three or more allies are adjacent to a single enemy, you gain a wisdom bonus to attack rolls and damage rolls until the end of your next turn, against that enemy.
The Envenomed Tongue
Heroic Tier
Prerequisite: Evil Alignment
Benefit: You receive a +4 feat bonus to saving throws against poison and Endurance checks made to resist disease. Also gains a +1 to all intimidation skill checks.
Enjoying the Kill
Heroic Tier
Prerequisite: Evil Alignment
Benefit: When you reduce a non-minion opponent to 0 hit points, you gain a bonus to all saving throws equal to the number of opponents reduced to 0 in the fight until the end of your next turn.
Evil Knows It’s Own
Heroic Tier
Prerequisite: Evil Alignment, wisdom of 13
Benefit: +2 bonus to Insight or Perception checks when trying to detect some sort of evil or evil intent or action. Also a +2 to Diplomacy checks when speaking to a creature with an evil alignment.
Imminent Luck [Divinity]
Heroic Tier
Prerequisite: Channel Divinity class feature, must worship an evil deity
Benefit: You gain the Channel Divinity power The Devils Favor. Also gain a +2 Diplomacy bonus when speaking to infernal creatures.
Feat Power: The Devils Favor
Your god has chosen you receive his/her favor.
Encounter, Divine
Free Action, Personal
Channel Divinity: You can use only one channel divinity power per encounter
Trigger: You take damage from an enemy attack
Effect: You get to roll two dice for the next attack roll you make and keep the better.
Innocent Sacrifice [Divinity]
Heroic Tier
Prerequisite: Channel Divinity class feature, must worship a deity of the evil domain
Benefit: You gain the Channel Divinity power Innocent Sacrifice.
Feat Power: Innocent Sacrifice
The power of innocent blood can fuel your rage.
Encounter, Divine
Channel Divinity: You can use only one channel divinity power per encounter
Trigger: A good aligned creature is reduced to 0 hit points by you.
Effect: Refresh another encounter power or an item daily.
The Song of Suffering
Heroic Tier
prerequisite: Evil Alignment, Charisma of 13
Benefit: +2 bonus to Insight, Bluff, and Diplomacy checks if you have been harmed by a good character this gaming session.
