Had a question about how to “create” an artifact. My Dark Sun group has 1 part of the Crown of Dust, and is going to go after another soon, but there are 3 total parts, and I need to come up with something for the 3rd one, and what to do if they get all three and put them together?

Hey, Eric, thanks for the question. First, I would need much more information before I could start to help you come up with ideas for that. Second, it really seems to be a question better posed on my podcast (www.TheTomeShow.com) or check out the article at SarahDarkmagic.com where I discussed how I create artifacts. Hope that gives you a place to go next.

Hello,
I recently have been trying to develop my games to have a more involving storyline and heightened exciting tension. A method I used to do this was by limiting chances for total victory and it has been so successful that I would like to submit a short entry for your consideration. I believe it could be helpful for DMs worried about their games bogging down or becoming boring. If you would b interested in allowing me to share my experience please let me know.
Thank you – C.W. Donovan

Hey C.W., I’d love to read that article, that said, it sounds like a DM advice article, which isn’t something we do on Temporary Hit Points. THP is just for players. There are a ton of DM-focused sites out there, here on THP we keep our focus pure.
That said, if you have a desire to write that article, I happen to know of several people who have DM-focused sites that I would recommend depending on the specifics of the article you would write.
